Frequently asked questions about AI chatbots

What content can the chatbot be trained on?

Anything you provide: your website content, PDFs, FAQs, product descriptions, service lists, or internal documents. The more relevant information the bot knows, the better and more accurately it answers questions.

Can the chatbot be added to our existing website?

Yes. A small code snippet is enough to add the chatbot to any website — no matter which website system you use, whether a site builder or a custom solution. WhatsApp Business is possible in principle but requires business verification with Meta — we sort that out beforehand.

What happens if the chatbot can’t answer a question?

We define a fallback behavior together: the bot can point to a way to get in touch, share an email address, or hand the conversation over to you. No user is left without an answer.

How involved is the setup?

Usually one to two weeks. We clarify the use case, I train the bot on your content, you test it thoroughly — then it goes live. Changes afterward are always possible.

How is a chatbot project scoped?

It depends on complexity and scope. There’s an initial setup phase and ongoing operation that scales with the actual conversations. In a personal conversation I put together a concrete proposal tailored to you.
