My background
For years, I've supported businesses in online marketing — starting with Google Ads management and, more recently, expanding into AI implementation. I've seen firsthand just how big the difference between well-done and poorly-done online marketing can be.
As AI tools grew more capable, I was hooked right away — not by the technology itself, but by the possibilities it opened up for my clients. AI phone agents that answer calls. Chat assistants that genuinely help. Workflows that quietly take care of routine tasks.
You can see what this looks like day to day in my project at Trike-X-Press in Detmold, Germany. Since July 2026, the AI phone assistant Clara has been picking up whenever the team is busy: she books test rides, transfers calls to the team, and logs callback requests neatly in the CRM.
